Born and raised in Northern California to a first generation Chinese family. Kenny’s parents taught him values to always be kind to other, live life with integrity and words from his beloved mother to just do his best. His friends would describe him as genuine, loyal and earnest. After graduating from the University of California Davis, Kenny packed all of his belongings and moved to fabulous Las Vegas to reunite with his family. Throughout the years Kenny has built himself quite a resume in the Hospitality industry. From opening up Aria Resort Hotel & Casino to working in the world famous Caesars Palace to stepping into the world of Five Star hotels like Mandarin Oriental to revamping the Quad to now what is now called The LINQ Hotel and to his current destination Wynn & Encore. He has carried jobs from slot marketing, front desk operations, concierges, and sales & marketing. Throughout his career in hospitality, he has also practiced standards from Forbes travel guide. Kenny knows what it takes to deliver exceptional service.
